1 — Determine the size of your site in pages if you have never worked with us before2 — Create and account and purchase a package of page downloads big enough to cover your sites' size3 — Submit the address to your site or a site you would like to research, and submit it to the EngineThe report enters a queue and is processed in the order taken. You can expect results in 7 minutes up to 24 hours under normal circumstances.The SEO Pro Report Process — What if??Please see the individual descriptions about Preparing Your Site and The Process for detailed information about how it works. 1 — I underestimated the size of my site on the initial download with the Engine?You will only be charged based upon the number of credits you actually purchased. SEO Pro Reports will generate a report that is titled Incomplete Report For http://www.yoursite.com if it had to stop processing due to a shortfall of download credits. See the Pick a Purpose page for more information about download credits. 2 — Am I billed for absolutely everything?No! Credits are subtracted from your balance if and only if our Engine receives an HTTP Status of 200-OK for the download. Pages resulting in 500 Internal Error or 404 Page not Found are not considered billable. Note, however, that 200-OK response codes for pages with content problems that render them impossible to work with are charged against your balance. 3 — Are you available to tell me how big my site is?Yes, on a limited basis. We always report the size of the last active Engine submission through your private account. To determine the size of your site, the Engine must download every publically accessible page and process it. This consumes valuable resources. You can contact us to do an exploratory download for which no report is generated. Exploratory downloads also show potential problems with your content before committing to a full blown Engine submission. We limit Free exploratory downloads to those sites which are under your editable control (we verify using Meta-Verify tags).
